To apply for a place at the nursery you will need to complete the application to join form and provide a deposit of a week’s fees which will be deducted from your final invoice.
We offer several stay and play sessions that are free of charge and dependent on the needs of the child to help settle into the nursery more easily. This will give you a chance to talk with staff that will be caring for your child and the opportunity to discuss routines.
A copy of the nursery terms and conditions policy will be given on registration explaining further details of our late payment procedures.
Copies of the settings policies and procedures are available for you to see at the setting. These policies help us to make sure that the safety of the children is paramount. All staff are trained in food hygiene, child protection and qualified first aiders. We have procedures for managing complaints displayed within the entrance hall.
At our nursery, the diversity of individuals and communities are valued and respected. No child or family is discriminated against. Persona Dolls are used to support inclusion and give greater awareness of cultures and diversity.
Once a start date has been agreed between the nursery and the parent/carer four weeks’ notice must be given in writing to cancel or change any sessions. All nursery fees are paid monthly in advance and by the 1st of each month. The fees are calculated on the number of days or sessions in the following month. Sessions and days are not interchangeable. Extra sessions may be booked in advance if we have availability.
All our policies and procedures are available on request.
